Important privacy information

When you access our service, we automatically collect your device's language settings, IP address, time zone, device type and model, device settings, operating system, Internet service provider, mobile carrier, hardware identifier, Facebook ID, and other unique identifiers (such as IDFA and AAID). We need this data to provide our services, analyze how our customers use the services, and measure advertising.

We use third-party solutions to improve our product and place advertisements. As a result, we may process data using solutions developed by Amazon, Snapchat, Facebook, Google, Hotjar, Amplitude, Firebase, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok. Therefore, some data is stored and processed on third-party servers. This allows us to (1) analyze different interactions (what products our users viewed); (2) place ads (and show them only to a specific group of users, for example, only subscribers).

Please read our Privacy Policy below to learn more about what we do with data (Chapter 3), what data privacy rights are available to you (Chapter 6), and who will be the data controller (Chapter 1). If you have any questions, please contact us at the Support Center.

Why do we process your personal data?

  • To provide our services

  • This includes enabling you to use the Service without interruption and preventing or fixing errors or technical problems with the Service.
  • To host personal data and ensure the operation and distribution of our Service, we use Amazon Web Services, which is a hosting and server service provided by Amazon.
  • To personalize your experience
  • We process your personal data, such as age, gender, date of birth, to customize the content of the Service and provide content according to your personal preferences.
  • To provide you with customer support
  • We process your personal data to respond to your requests for technical support, service information, or any other communication you initiate. For this purpose, we may send you emails about, for example, the performance of our Service, payment transactions, notifications about our Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, or other documents we provide from time to time.
  • To communicate with you about your use of our Service
  • We communicate with you, for example, through push notifications. These may include horoscope mentions, motivational messages, or other information about the Service. As a result, you may, for example, receive push notifications at a specific time each day reminding you to check your horoscope.
  • To opt out of receiving push notifications, you must change the settings on your device. We may also communicate with you via email when you make a purchase on the website. These may be emails with information about the Service.
  • The services we use for these purposes may collect data about the date and time our Service users viewed the messages and when they interacted with them, such as by tapping/clicking on links contained in the message.
  • To research and analyze your use of the Service
  • This helps us better understand our business, analyze our operations, maintain, improve, innovate, plan, design, and develop the Service and our new products. We also use this data for statistical analysis to test and improve our offerings. This allows us to better understand which categories of users use our services. As a result, we often decide how to improve the service based on the results obtained from this processing.
  • To send you marketing communications
  • We may show you advertisements on our Service, send you push notifications or emails for marketing purposes. To opt out of receiving push notifications from us, you must change the settings on your device. To opt out of receiving marketing emails, you must unsubscribe by following the instructions in the footer of the marketing emails.
  • To personalize our advertising
  • We and our partners use your personal data to tailor advertising and possibly even show it to you at the right time. For example, if you have installed our app, you may see advertisements for our products in your Facebook feed.
