REFUND FOR COURSE PAYMENT
Definition of a course: A course is a product initially purchased by a user on the Gipnovo website.
REFUND OF SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS
Definition of subscription:
A subscription is access to all products and materials on the Gipnovo platform, which is provided on the basis of recurring payments. A subscription may also be offered as a free trial period (up to 3 days) to the user when placing an order for a Course (when purchasing a course), and the decision to activate or not activate a subscription is made by the user voluntarily and independently at the time of placing the order.
REFUND FOR SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT
If you have subscribed to purchase a course but have not activated access to additional products and materials on the platform, other than the courses you have purchased, you are entitled to a refund provided that no more than 14 days have passed since the payment for the extension of access was debited. These rights and return conditions apply in addition to any return rights available to you under applicable law. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a refund, please feel free to contact our support team at the email address below, and we will work with you to find the best solution. To prove that you have met the above conditions, please provide screenshots from the app confirming your progress.

Once you contact us through the Support Center, we will review your request and notify you (by email) whether your request has been approved.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
If you decide to cancel your subscription and notify us, your subscription and account will be terminated at the end of the subscription period for which you have already paid. If you wish to close your account immediately, please notify us and your account will be closed immediately, however, we will not refund any subscription months that have already been paid for Gipnovo services, except in the cases described above.
Note for EU residents
If you are a consumer residing in the EEA or Switzerland, you have an automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for the purchase of Services. However, when you purchase a single item of digital content (e.g., a video or PDF file), you expressly agree that such content is provided to you immediately, and therefore you lose your right of withdrawal and will not be entitled to a refund. By registering for our Service that is not a single item of digital content and is provided on a continuous basis (e.g., App subscriptions), you expressly request and agree to the immediate delivery of such Service. Therefore, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct from your refund an amount proportional to the Service provided before you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract.
REFUND PROCEDURE
To request a refund, please send an email to mindflexhelp@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund.” In the body of the email, include your full name, the email address you used to register on the platform, and the last 4 digits of the card used for payment. Your request will be reviewed within 10 business days. We will review your request and notify you by email or other means if your refund is approved. We also reserve the right to reject any refund requests.
