Absence of registration in the personal account after payment or logging out of the personal account after registration does not cancel your subscriptions and trial versions of subscriptions (Trial periods).

1. About the Gipnovo service. Acceptance of terms

Consequently, the services are considered provided from the moment of the user's first entry into the Gipnovo online system. Some functions of the Service may be available on a paid basis by subscription. You can purchase a subscription to our service directly through the platform.

3.3 Accuracy of the provided data

In order for us to provide you with high-quality and accurate services, it is important that you provide only accurate and truthful information about yourself, including age, physical fitness, goals, and workout preferences. 3.5 Price structure and payment frequency

After the completion of the prepayment period, the amount for the next period will be automatically charged from you in the same amount as the initial payment, unless you cancel the subscription. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change the Purchase fee at any time. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the relevant subscription before the changes take effect and/or refrain from prepaying for access to the Service.

3.8 Taxes and additional fees

3.9 Conversion fees and bank fees
Please note that we will never apply any conversion rates or fees depending on the payment method you have chosen. We may also from time to time offer discounted offers that renew at the full non-discounted price, as well as other offers that may be of interest to you.

3.13 Automatic renewal of subscription
The subscription is renewed automatically at the end of each period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or otherwise, depending on the option you chose during purchase) until you cancel it.

3.14 Payment method
Payment will be charged using the payment method you specified during purchase upon confirmation of purchase (after you confirm this using one-touch identification, facial recognition, or entering payment method data on the Internet or other acceptance of the subscription terms presented on the website, payment screen, or on the Apple/Google pop-up screen or on our web page) or after the end of the trial period. You authorize us to charge the corresponding subscription fee from the payment method you use.

4. Discount Policy

(a) You are a new user and this is your first purchase on the platform. In this case, you may be eligible for a discount on your first purchase of any tariff plan.

Your cancellation takes effect after the expiration of the plan term for which you subscribed and which has already been paid for by you.

In this case, your subscription will be cancelled, and services will terminate at the end of the current period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods if you cancel your subscription on time.

5.3 Refunds
Please keep in mind that if you cancel your subscription, we will not refund money for past periods during which you used the Services or had the opportunity to use them. For more information on refunds, please see the section below. You must cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation procedure disclosed to you for the specific subscription.

5.4 Cancellation of Trial Subscription Period
If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period or unless otherwise stated, your access to the Service will automatically continue, and payment for renewal of access to the Service will be charged. Except where inapplicable or prohibited by law, we reserve the right at our discretion to change or terminate any trial offer, your access to the Service during the trial subscription, or any of these terms without prior notice and without any liability. We reserve the right to limit your ability to use multiple trial versions.

5.5 Termination of Access in Case of Non-Payment
The duration of the Service and your rights to use it expire at the end of the paid period of your subscription. If you do not pay the due fees or charges, we may make reasonable efforts to notify you and resolve the issue; however, we reserve the right to disable or terminate your access to the Service (and may do so without prior notice).

5.6 Account Closure
If you decide to cancel your subscription and inform us, the action of your subscription and your account will be terminated upon expiration of the subscription term for which you have already paid. If you want to close the account immediately, please inform us, and your account will be closed immediately; however, we will not refund money for subscription months that have already been paid for Gipnovo services, except in cases described in paragraphs 5.3 and 6.2.
